Zip Code Field not Available to be Added as Criteria or Column in a Customer Search

User is creating a Customer search. When trying to a add a filter for Zip Code, user is unable to find the Zip Code field.

To resolve this, perform the following:

 1. Navigate to Home > Set Preferences.

 2. Click General tab.

 3. Under Localization, check the Language field.

If Language is set to English (International), the field is called Postal Code. If Language is set to English (U.S.) the field is called Zip Code.
