Case Permission Is Not Available When Managing Roles


  • When editing a role, user is unable to find Cases under Permissions tab > Lists subtab.

  • Issue Management feature is not available in the Enable Features page (Setup > Company > Enable Features).

To be ableto assign the Cases permission to arole:

1. As Administrator navigate to Setup > Company> Enable Features.

2.Under CRM tab > Basic Features section, e
nable Customer Support and Service.

3. Under CRM tab > Support section, enable EmailCase Capture, Automated Case Escalation and Help Desk.

4. Click Save.
