The steps below will create a search that will track how many times registered customers placed items in their shopping carts but did not complete checkout.
1. Navigate to Lists > Search > Saved Searches> New.
2. Click the Shopping Cart link.
3. At the Criteria tab, add the SubTotal filter and set it to Not empty or Greater than 0
3. At the Results tab, add the following fields:
- Shopper: Name
- Shopper: Email
- Days Old
- Items In Cart
- Sub-Total Amount
- Date Created
- Date Last Item Added
4. Click Save & Run
Note: To get the same results in a saved customer search, just select the Shopping Cart fields filter.
