Determine the Total Time from when a Case is Created to the Time a Support Specialist Grabs it

1.  Navigate to Lists > Search > Saved Searches > New.
2.  Click on the Case link.

3.  Under Criteria tab > Standard subtab, add the following filter:
     - Systems Notes : Field is Assigned

4.  Under Results tab > Columns subtab, set the following:
     - Field: Formula (Numeric)
     - Formula: ROUND ({systemnotes.date}-{createddate})
  

5.  Click Preview or Save&Run.
