Group member did not receive Email Notification when new Case is created

Solution/Workaround/Gotcha/Recommendation Details:

Edit the Group:

> Go to Lists > Relationships > Groups

> In Edit mode >  check on the Email field > provide an email for the Group

> Save


Note: Email Notifications don't go out to the members of a group; they go to the group's email address.
