In the Online Help Guide documentation for Resizing Images, the Dense List Image description is applied to Images displayed with items in Dense Lists.
This preference also controls the Shopping Cart image sizes.
To change the size of the Shopping Cart Images:
1. Go to Setup > Site Builder > Image Resizing.
2. Enter the height and width values for Dense List Image.
3. Click Save.
Note: This may also affect image resizing in Searches or Web Site's global search if Dense List Layout is used. This can be checked by going to Setup > Site Builder > Setup Web Site > Search > Search Form section > Item List Layout
