Saved search to show which tax rates changed after updating the tax table

To be able to check what tax rates were changed after re-importing the tax table under Setup > Accounting > Use State Sales Tax Tables, a system note search can be created by following the steps below:

1. Navigate to Lists > Search > Saved Searches > New.
2. Select System Note on the list.
3. Set the following on System Note Search page.
-- Criteria tab > Standard subtab > Field = Rate (2nd Rate in the dropdown list)
-- Results tab > Columns subtab > Confirm that Old Value and New Value fields are selected
-- Results tab > Sort by = Date
4. Hit Preview
5. Manually compare the rates or Export – Microsoft Excel to create a formula to show the difference between Old Value and New Value.
