Ship To Field on Return Authorization Does Not Show in View Mode in Customer Center

To resolve this, check the Show checkbox in the Printing Fields tab of the form.

     1. Navigate to Customization > FormsTransaction Forms.
     2. Edit the preferred Return Authorization form for the Customer Center.
     3. Click the Printing Fields tab.
     4. Locate the Ship To field then check Print/Email.
     5. Click Save.
