A user with a Full Access or Administrator role does not see the following standard roles under Setup > Users/Roles > Manage Roles:
- Engineer
- Engineer Manager
- Issue Administrator
- QA Engineer
- QA Manager
To find these standard roles, follow the steps below:
1. Navigate to Setup > Company > Enable Features.
2. Under CRM tab > Support section, mark the Issue Management checkbox.
3. Click Save.
Note: The roles listed above are only available if the account has the add-on module for Issue Management (which is not part of the standard full NetSuite account). For more information about this module, contact the Account Manager.
