When a customer record bears multiple addresses and none has an information entered in the Label field, the error "You must have at least one address with a label on this record" appears when one tries delete at least one address in the record. To successfully delete the other address record, perform the following:
- Highlight the address intended to be retained.
- Enter a name in the Label field.
- Click Add/Edit button.
- Highlight the address intended to be deleted.
- Click Remove.
- Click Save.
