Check if lot numbered or serialized members of a kit available for Standard Bin Management

There are two different Bin Management features found under Setup > Company > Enable Features > Items & Inventory tab > Inventory portlet. They are as follows:

 - Bin Management
 - Advanced Bin/Numbered Inventory Management

Lot Numbered and Serialized Kit Members are only available for Advanced Bin/Numbered Inventory Management feature. With the Basic Bin Management feature, lot numbering or serial numbering and bins are two distinct processes. The problem with that is you cannot identify specific numbers within specific bins. There is no way to track numbers with bins for reconciliation purposes. Hence, Advanced Bin allows establishing the relationship between lots/serials and bins.
