User wants to analyze the results gathered from their Customer Survey and is looking for a standard report they can run. Since a Customer Survey is set-up as a custom record, NetSuite does nothave a standard report available for it since fields on the survey form can differfor each NetSuite customer. If a user wants to analyze the results of theircustomer survey, they can create a Custom record saved search for this.
- Navigate to Lists > Search > Saved Searches > New
- Search Type=Customer Survey (or the Name of the Custom record created for the Customer Survey)
- Add filters on the Criteria sub-tab depending on the information needed
- Add fields on the Results sub-tab
- Save & Run
