Empoyee Center Role can't access SuiteAnswers

Users with Employee Center role do not have access to SuiteAnswers since Support tab is not available in the Employee Center role.

In the Employee Center, create a Shortcut to access SuiteAnswers portal.

1. Login to the Employee Center role.
2. Click on
Personalize Dashboard.
3. Select
4. In the Shortcuts portlet, click on the drop-down arrow and select New Shortcuts.
5. Enter a Name – i.e. SuiteAnswers
6. Enter the URL of the SuiteAnswers site -

Note: Change the URL based on Datacenter used. 
7. Check the box for Open in New Window.
8. Click Save.
