User has uploaded images to the File Cabinet to be able to process CSV Import to update the Item record with the image uploaded. User needs to get the Internal ID of the images to process the import.
Make sure that Show Internal IDs is enabled in Home > Set Preferences > General tab > Defaults portlet.
Here are the steps to do this:
1. Navigate to Documents > Files > File Cabinet > Search.
2. Click on Create Saved Search.
3. On the Criteria tab > Standard sub tab, add:
Folder and set it to the Folder where user saved the Images.
4. Click Preview.
5. Click Export to CSV.
