Print Invoiced Column to Show Billed Quantity on Sales Order PDF

1. Navigate to  Customization > Lists, Records & Fields > Transaction Line Fields > New.
2. Enter a name on the Label field.
3. Set the Type field to Integer Number.
4. Uncheck the Store Value field.
5. Click Sale Item checkbox on the Applies To tab.
6. Click Validation & Defaulting tab.
7. Enter {quantitybilled} on the Default Value field.
8. Make sure that the Formula field is checked.
9. Save.

 

Note : Custom field will show 'ERROR: Field 'quantitybilled' Not Found' on Sales Orders that has not been Invoiced. Value will come up on Sales transaction that has been invoiced.
