The Support Rep Role does not Ensure a Users are Available in the Assigned To for New Solutions

Support Rep role does not allow employees to be assigned to a Solution. The role of the employee will need Publish Knowledge Base permission with Full level access.

1. Navigate to Setup > Users/Roles > Manage Roles: edit the role.

2. Under Permissions tab > Setup subtab > Publish Knowledge Base with Level = Full.

3. Click Save.
