Unsubscribe Footer Text Alignment Changes when there is a Table Tag used in the Marketing Template

When using table tags in a marketing template, the alignment of the unsubscribe footer text changes. The email appears correctly in Outlook but not in web mail client (e.g. Gmail, Yahoo)

Rendering of HTML depends on the email client. Each email client handles HTML emails differently. Check related topic: Best Practices for Designing HTML Templates for Use with Marketing Campaigns and Email Templates for additional explanation.

To resolve this problem, make sure that there's a text after the end of the table tag. This is to ensure that the style set in the table tag will not affect the unsubscribe footer text alignment. Sample code:
