Create a list of Assets with their first Depreciation date

Problem :

 

Create a list of Assets with their first Depreciation date

 

Solution / Recommendation:

1. Go to Reports > New Search

2. Select FAM - Depreciation History

3. Click on Create Saved Search

4. On the Criteria tab > Standard sub tab - Select the following Filters

• Asset Type - Select All Asset Type that you want to display on the list
• Transaction Type = Depreciation

5. On the Results tab > Columns sub tab add the following Fields

• Asset | Summary Type = Group
• Asset Fields : Asset Name |  Summary Type = Group
• Date |  Summary Type = Minimum

Note that you can add more columns as you wish

6. Give a name to the search 7. Save & Run
