Default Email Template in Set Up Web Site is not Followed

Most users create and use Web store Email template (Documents > Templates > Email Templates) to fully customize the email which is sent to shoppers. However, if the user notice that it is still using the Customize Text Email Template (Setup > Site Builder Customize Text) even if Email Template is set up as default under Setup > Site Builder > Set Up Web Site > edit Web Site > Email tab, then user must set a Default Language and enable the Online check box for the Web Site.

1. Setup > Site Builder > Set Up Web Site > Email tab
2. Click Edit on a Web site
3. Click on Appearance tab
4. Languages Subtab
5. Select a Default Language and enable the Online checkbox
6. Save
