Display One Customer with Multiple Addresses without using Default Billing and Default Shipping addresses

Alternative Solution is to use the field Default Billing or Default Shipping address. But if company is not using default billing or default shipping then data will not be pulled up.

To resolve this use grouping on the results tab for the address.
