Item's Available Quantity Does Not Commit to the Sales Order upon Approval

a. Open a Sales Order

b. Consider the value in the Location field in the main part of the sales order or the Location column if line item location was enabled.  Make sure to set a value in the location field.

 - If the Location is on the header of the sales order only, set the correct Location

-  If the Location is on the line item column, set the correct Location for each item as the line item location prevails over the header location 

Note: For the available quantity of the item to commit to the sales order, the Location must have a value and not set to blank since NetSuite will check the availability of the item depending on the location selected.
