To see the list of Applied Journal Entries, create a Transaction Saved Search.
Here are the steps:
1. Navigate to Lists > Search > Saved Searches > New
2. Select Transaction
3. Under the Criteria > Standard subtab, Add:
Type is Journal
Account Type is any of Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable
Applied To Transaction Fields: Type is Any of Invoice, Bill
4. Under the Results > Columns subtab, Add:
Type
Number
Applied To Transaction
Applied To Transaction Fields: Amount
5. Name the Search
6. Hit on Save & Run
