Mass Update not Working on Remove Sales Members for Sales Teams

If Sales Rep Contribution is 100% on customer records then do a Mass Update on Change Sales Rep Assignment as follows:

1. As Administrator navigate to Lists > Mass Update > Mass Updates.
2. Click on Sales Force Automation.
3. Click on Change Sales Rep Assignment.
4. Set Change Sales Rep to = Unassigned.
5. Define required Criteria.
6. Click on Preview.
7. Review the results output.
8. Click on Perform Updates.

After the update, the Sales Rep is removed from the Sales Team on all the Customer records based on the Criteria.
