When using the Send Email workflow action, there are limits on the size of the message being sent. The Body field inside the Content section of the Send Email action can only hold a maximum of 4000 characters. If the number of typed characters exceeds this number, a prompt will appear about the excess characters.
When using an email template for the content of the email, on the other hand, there is a template size limit of 2MB. If the total size of the email template exceeds this limit, the following error is thrown:
