Philippines Bundle > Custom Role > Receive notice 'You do not have privileges to view this page' when navigating to Setup > Withholding Tax > Tax Codes

For Philippines Bundle, normally Administrators are the ones given access and permissions to view Tax Codes in Withholding Tax set up.

Here are the steps to provide access to View Tax Codes to Custom Roles:
1. Navigate to Setup > Customization > Scripts
2. Set the Type to Suitelet
3. Look for Withholding Tax Code List (Internal ID 192) > click View
4. Go to the Deployments tab > Click on Withholding Tax Code List hyperlink
5. On the Audience tab, this is only available to Administrator
6. Edit the Deployment and highlight the custom role 
7. Hit Save
