Instead of having users to wait for 30 minutes to regain login access to NetSuite, advice the Account Administrator to toggle the login access on their employee record.
Here are the steps:
1. Login as Administrator.
2. Navigate to Lists > Employees > Employees.
3. Edit the Employee Record.
4. On the Access Tab, set Give Access=F.
5. Click Save.
Again, edit the Employee Record > On the Access Tab, set Give Access=T > Click Save.
Note:
1. Users will not be able to reuse the same password once Give Access was set to F.
2. By removing access, that will automatically remove all the roles assigned to the employee.
3. Once Give Access is given back to the employee and roles are assigned back, the personalized settings made in the user's dashboard before removing access will not be recovered unless the role or user has a published dashboard.
