In Netsuite OneWorld WebStore, the subsidiary plays a major role in the creation of webstore sales order.
To be specific, the value of the location field in the sales order that is created will affect the behavior on the website.
The default location should come from the same subsidiary as the subsidiary of the Webstore where the order came from.
Assigning a default location for the sales order will cause the webstore to display a System maintenance error.
To resolve this, follow the steps below.
1. Navigate to Setup > Accounting > Accounting Preferences and look for the Order Management tab
2. Locate the Default Location for Sales Orders field and set it to blank
3. Save
