1. Navigate to Lists > Search > Saved Searches > New.
2. Select Transaction.
3. Provide a search title and set other search options as needed.
4. Under Criteria tab > Standard subtab, insert this Filter: Type is Purchase Order
5. Under Results tab > Columns subtab, click Remove All and set the following fields:
- Name
- Number
- Status
- Quantity
- Amount
Note: The following fields can be found at the latter part of the Field selection.
- Applying Transaction Fields... > Number
- Applying Transaction Fields... > Quantity
- Applying Transaction Fields... > Amount
- Billing Transaction Fields... > Number
- Billing Transaction Fields... > Amount
6. Click Save & Run.
