Saved Search That Pulls Up Purchase Orders and their Item Receipt and Bill Information

 

1. Navigate to Lists > Search > Saved Searches > New.
2. Select Transaction.
3. Provide a search title and set other search options as needed.
4. Under Criteria tab > Standard subtab, insert this Filter: Type is Purchase Order
5. Under Results tab > Columns subtab, click Remove All and set the following fields:

  • Name
  • Number
  • Status
  • Quantity
  • Amount

Note: The following fields can be found at the latter part of the Field selection.

  • Applying Transaction Fields... > Number
  • Applying Transaction Fields... > Quantity
  • Applying Transaction Fields... > Amount
  • Billing Transaction Fields... > Number
  • Billing Transaction Fields... > Amount

6. Click Save & Run.
