Saved Search to show Deposits with Undeposited Funds Account set on the Other Deposits or Cash Back tab

This is one of the reasons why the Undeposited funds Account balance does not match the Make Deposits screen.

 

1. Navigate to Reports > Saved Searches > All Saved Searches > New.

2. Click on Transaction

3. On the Criteria tab > Standard subtab

-Type = Deposit

-Account = Undeposited Funds

-Applied to Transaction > any of > None

4. On the Results tab

-Applied to Transaction

-Check Show Totals

5. Enter a Search Title

6. Click Save and Run
