The Return Address in the USPS Shipping Label Shows the Company Name Twice

Under Setup > Company > Company Information > Ship to Attention field, enter the name of the person that should be notified of returns.

 

If this field is blank, the Return Address in the USPS shipping label automatically shows the Company Name found in the Company Information page as the Ship to Attention value. 

 

If MLI = T, system gets the Location Name.

1. Navigate to Setup > Company > Locations, select the location selected in the Item Fulfillment.
2. The company information showing in the USPS Integrated Shipping Label pulls up the information entered in the Name field as the first line and Address tab > Attention field as the second line.
3. If the Address tab > Attention field is blank, the information entered in the Name field will show as the first and second lines.
