Unable to associate EPL2 file with "label.bat" when setting up a thermal printer for printing Integrated Shipping Labels

Symptoms:
1. When printing integrated shipping labels, it allows you to select open or save file, but it opens up as a different program, i.e. notepad and does not print the label.
2. When you try to associate the EPL2 file, it does not recognize the label.bat file. For example:
a. Open Windows Explorer > Tools > Folder Options > File Types.
b. Select the EPL2 in the file types list
c. Click the Change button and the open with program list pops up
d. The label.bat file is not shown on the list so you click the Browse button
e. You navigate to where the label.bat file is saved and select it.
f. You click Open but it still does not show up on the programs list and the label.bat does not get associated with the EPL2 file type.

Solution/Workaround:
Check where the label.bat file is saved and move it to a different folder (Desktop or My Documents). This could be caused by permissions or settings of the folder where the label.bat file is saved but this is not conclusive.
