Unable to Locate Vendor Contact Number on Vendor Record Using NetSuite Mobile App

NetSuite mobile app does not include Vendor on the menu list.

To locate and call a vendor, you can search for the vendor on the contact menu instead:

 

1. Log in to mobile NetSuite app
2. Tap More menu
3. Tap Contacts
4. Search for the vendor

Note: The  vendor record itself should have an existing contact as those are the only ones that will be searchable.
