There a numerous external tools that user can use to test Restlets and one of them is this a free http client called Send HTTP Tool. Using the Send HTTP Tool, Reslet scripts can be tested with ease due to the user-friendliness of the tool's user interface. There are a lot of sites hosting a free download of this tool (ex. soft-net, cnet.com, etc.) user can google & download from.
