Allocation Amount is Zero, Allocated Price and Calculated Amount is non-zero.

If the Allocation Amount on the VSOE column is resulting to zero and the Allocation Price and Calculated Amount have values, your allocation is not working. This means that you will encounter a problem recognizing your revenue since the Allocation Amount will be the basis of your revenue.

 

If you are encountering this error, you are using a customized sales transaction form wherein the Rev. Rec. Schedule column is hidden. Below are the steps to expose the Rev. Rec. Schedule column:

1. Navigate to Customization > Forms > Transaction Forms.
2. Edit the Sales transaction form that you are using.
3. On the Screen Fields tab, go to Columns sub tab.
4. Check the Rev. Rec. Schedule box and Save the form.
