Display Accounts in the General Ledger Report without Prior Year Balance

1. Click on Customize on the General Ledger report.

2. In Edit Columns page, uncheck Add Running Balance Column under the highlighted Debit/Credit column.

3. Click on Preview or give the report a different name and click on Save As.

Note: The report will not show the prior balance of the accounts.
