Estimates are set to a Processed Status when no transactions are associated

There are two instances why an Estimate shows as processed without any related transactions.

1. When an Opportunity has multiple Estimates and when one Estimate is Processed and all the other Estimates are also set with the same Status.

Note: Enhancement 142976 has been filed to have it not affect all other Estimates relating to the same Opportunity.

2. When Opportunity is set to a Customer level Status (regardless if its is Closed Lost or with a 0% probability) Estimates are set to a Processed status.

Note: Enhancement 205600 has been filed to match the Estimate Status with Opportunity Status.
