Filter an Activity Saved Search by Date Created

Date Created is not an available option when users try to add a criteria field on a Saved Activity Search.

 

To filter an Activity Saved Search by Date Created.

 

1.      Create a Saved Activity Search, List > Search > Saved Searches > New > Activity.

2.      On the Criteria Tab, add Formula (Date).

3.      On the Set Formula field, use {createddate}.

4.      Save&Run the search.
