Use the following solutions to get the filters needed:
Saved Searches
Use the Is Individual field in the Criteria tab of a customer saved search. Choose Yes to filter only individual-type customers, and No for company-type customers.
Saved Reports
Use Customer/Project : Company Name in the Filters section of the Report Builder. Set the filter to is empty to filter only individual-type customers, and is not empty for company-type customers.
