Hide Payroll Item column in the Case form

 

1.    Navigate to Customization > Forms > Entry forms.

2.    Find and edit your preferred Time Tracking form.

3.    Under the Fields tab, uncheck the Show box for Payroll Item.

4.    Mark the Show box for Item.

5.     Under the Roles tab, mark the preferred box for the roles you want this form preferred.

6.     Click Save.
