Home> Set Preferences> General> Unable to See Default Issue Email Notification and Notify Me Upon Issue Assignment

User navigates to Home > Set Preferences > General > Unable to see Default Issue Email Notification and Notify Me Upon Issue Assignment.

To access these options, the Issue Management feature needs to be enabled in the account.

To enable this feature:

1. As Administrator navigate to Setup > Company > Enable Features.
2. CRM tab > Under the Support section check ISSUE MANAGEMENT checkbox.
3. Click Save

Both options are now available under Home > Set Preferences
