Log in > Incorrect landing page

Problem:

1. Home > Set Preferences > Appearance > Landing page = empty.
2. Set up > Company > General Preferences > Landing page = empty.
3. Set up > Company > General Preferences > Center tab = empty.

After user logs in, user is navigated to page other than Home tab.

Solution:

1. Check the url of the user's log in.
2. Ask the user to use https://system.netsuite.com/pages/customerlogin.jsp?country=US.

Possibly what happened is that the bookmark page is the url other than home tab thus after the user enters his email address and password the first page displayed is not the Home tab.

Note: Update the URL based on data center used.
