1. Check if the preference Include Shipping in Sales and Forecast Reports is turned on. Navigate to Setup > Accounting > Accounting Preferences > Items/Transactions tab > Sales & Pricing section.
2. Check the Shipping Items setup if Account (Shipping) and Account (Handling) post to Income and Other Income Accounts. Navigate to Lists > Accounting > Shipping Items. Review each shipping item.
Note: This also applies to Sales Order and Forecast Reports.
