Saved Search>Count of Companies assigned to a specific Sales Rep and its Status

Follow the below steps in creating a Saved Search that will count the number of Companies assigned to a specific Sales Rep and the Status.

1. Go to List > Search > Saved Searches > New.

2. Then choose Customer Search Type.

3. In the Results tab, add the following fields:
  Field| Summary Type
  Sales Rep| Group
  Status| Group
  Company Name| Count
4. Click Save
