Unable to Delete Saved Mass Update and Gets the Error This record cannot be deleted, because it is referred to by other records

1. As Administrator navigate to Lists > Mass Updates > Saved Mass Updates.
2. Edit the Saved Mass Update to be deleted.
3. Click Audience tab.
4. In the Roles section, place a check mark on Select All then remove the check mark on the Select All (so that it removes any selected role).
4. Click Save.
5. Edit the Saved Mass Update again and click Actions > Delete.
