On the System Notes of a Sales Order, the value of the Printed Picking Ticket field will change from "F" to "T" once the Picking Ticket is printed from the Sales Order.
If a Sales Order has been partially fulfilled (a line item in the Sales Order has been fulfilled), the Printed Picking Ticket field will reset back to "F" after the Item Fulfillment is created, regardless of Status.
This flags the remaining unfulfilled items ready again for picking. If you navigate to Transactions > Management > Print Checks and Forms > Picking Tickets, you will find that the Sales Order will be queued again for printing.
