To create a sublist of your Events from the Issue record, please follow the steps below:
1. Create a new Custom CRM Field, Setup > Customization > CRM Field > New.
a. Set the Applies To = Event
b. Add a Label (Issue - Event List)
c. Set the Type = List/Record
d. List/Record = Issue
e. Mark the field Record is Parent = T
f. Click Save
To check if the sublist now appears on the Issue record, open an Event Record and on the field Issue - Event List select an Issue and click Save. After saving, you may click the link from the field to Open the Issue Record and under the Custom Tab, you'll find the Events subtab and there listed is the Event record linked to the Issue.
Note: You may change the location of the subtab by customizing the form.
