Expose Debit/Credit (Foreign Amount) in a Journal Saved Search

1. Navigate to Lists > Search > Saved Searches > Transactions

 

2. Criteria tab > Type = Journal

 

3. Results tab > Add the following fields:

 

- Formula(Currency) > Formula = ROUND({debitamount}/{exchangerate},0) > Custom Label = Debit (Foreign Currency)

 

- Formula (Currency) > Formula = ROUND({creditamount}/{exchangerate},0) > Custom Label = Credit (Foreign Currency)
