The supported credit card payment methods that will be available on the Webstore would be all the credit card type selected on the Credit Card Processing Profile.
To access Credit Card Processing Profile page, navigate to Setup > Accounting > Payment Processing Profiles.
Click on Edit next to the Credit Card Profile used in Webstore.
On the Supported Payment Method box, kindly select only the credit card types that you allow to be used on your Webstore and save the page.
