Resolve the Error "Unable to set NLWebStoreOrder field subsidiary=4" in a OneWorld Website


SCENARIO:

When a shopper logs in to the webstore, user is unable to select a Shipping Method and unable to continue. The system throws the error Unable to set NLWebStoreOrder field subsidiary=4. Other users in different subsidiaries do not encounter this issue.

To resolve, edit the Customer Center role assigned to the shopper and make sure that the appropriate Subsidiary is selected.

Note: Make sure that other records are also assigned to the correct subsidiary i.e. item, website setup, shipping item, currency etc.
