Account does nor Show in the Rolls Up To List


Only Parent Accounts will appear on the Rolls up To list. This means that the Account should have at least 1 child Account. The alternate solution is to create a dummy child Account. 

-Navigate to Admin

-Click Manage your General Ledger Accounts

-Click the Account > Click New Account

-Click Save


The user can delete the dummy child account once another child account was assigned to the parent account.
